Makeup Kit Essentials
We have all been there and will continue to experience it from time to time. Waking up with a huge zit on your face is terrifying to have, let alone be seen by people around you. It’s irritating.
There’s no instant 5-minutes remedy to it other than the 2-minute cover-up temporary solution for it: the magic of concealers. For times such as this, concealers are our life savers and they’re our weapon to make our skin look good despite the horrifying sight beneath it. If you need a quick fix for your blemishes or if you just want to look awake more than ever, grab your favorite concealer and let it do its job.
#2: Your go-to lipstick.
We have our work-day lipstick, happy Friday lip shade, the classic red lipstick, the date night pop of color and all the other shades for every occasion. Given that, we still keep in hand our go-to shade that’s great for every occasion. No matter how many shades of lipstick you have, you’ll always have that everyday lipstick and usually, it’s nude one or the shade that’s perfect for a natural look or the “no makeup” makeup look.
For some, a far more convenient choice would be a lip tint that also doubles as a cheek tint. No need for extra space to pack your blush and your space-consuming brush. If you’re no fan of the convenient tint, your lipstick can be used as a blush as well. Just a dab of the color on the apples of your cheeks and smudge it to spread the blush and you’re good to go.
#3: Eyebrow pencil or eyebrow kit.
Because eyebrows are are the glory of your face and the pair the frames your beauty, you need to carry them everywhere you go.We’re at the height of eyebrow gaming and we all could agree that it’s not backing down anytime soon. Carry these sticks or powders of glory in your makeup kit for emergency purposes and for whenever you have to retouch them. Also, you can bring them and groom those brows on site for whenever you’re running late for work and had to do them in the train, bus or at work.
#4: Lip balm.
A golden rule: always bring a lip balm wherever you go to keep your puckers moisturized and kissable. No, those dry lips can’t be fixed by putting another layer of lipstick, it won’t hide the flaw. Instead of applying lipstick, apply lip balm to keep your lips from feathering further and give them a boost of moisture they need.
Sometimes when you’re running late for work, there’s no time left to draw a wing liner or just a plain, regular eyeliner. At such like circumstances, you’ll be needing to draw those glamorous wings at the restroom or at your work desk so never forget to bring them with you. You’ll never know when you’re spontaneous date with your significant other will be. It’s better to be ready!
