Trimming is breathing

We all have been taught since childhood that oiling is essential and righteous for our hair. Our mothers would do anything to convince us that we must oil our hair at least twice a week. We must and we should.

Hair Conditioning can make a change
We know shampoos remove dirt from hair but they also scrape off essential nutrients from the scalp. A good hair conditioner is one which helps in replenishing those nutrients and thus gives strength and texture to hair.
Conditioning your hair can make you reach your hair goals quicker and easier. Conditioners moisturizes the hair follicles and prevents breakage which does in fact leads to hair growth.
Choose a best conditioner for your hair and use it before or after shampooing, depending on the conditioner being used.
You do not need to rush to the market to buy those expensive conditioners filled up with chemicals. Just hop into your kitchen to find ingredients present there can as well provide you with an excellent conditioner.

Finish shower with a cool rinse
This might seems crazy and astonishing but this indeed is. Try to take cold water shower every time but, if you sometimes prefer hot water than a cold water shower, you better end it up with a cool rinse. Let’s explain why.
Hot water has the propensity to dry out the scalp which in turns leads to dandruff and weak hair. A cool rinse wipes away the inadequacy of hot water bathe. Cold water tightens hair pores and cuticles which not only terminate the entry of dirt into your hair but also strengthens, provides more shine and helps in stimulating the growth of your hair.
Add Aloe Vera to your friend circle
Aloe Vera helps form a film on the surface of the hair as smoothen the hair cuticles, the pectin and sugar molecules in Aloe Vera provide moisture to the hair, the amino acids and proteins aid in strengthening the cortex of damaged hair.
Here is a homemade treatment using Aloe Vera gel to own the hair goals-
- Take 3 tablespoons of Aloe Vera gel.
- Add one and a half tablespoon of coconut oil and add 3 tablespoons of yogurt in a bowl.
- Mix the ingredients well. Apply this mixture to the hair and leave it as it is for about half an hour.
- Wash your hair with a mild shampoo.
